11. International Data Transfer

We transfer personal information outside of Quebec and Canada. All of our customers' photos and data are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in the European Union. GotPhoto chose AWS because of its high security standards and compliance with data protection regulations, ensuring adequate protection of the transferred personal information.

12. Consent

We obtain consent from users in two ways:

1. The school ensures that it has parental authorization for the transmission of data.
2. Parents consent to the collection of data when creating their account.

We do not offer separate granular consent for specific uses such as email marketing or sharing with third parties.
