Return and refund

At Groupe Memoro Inc. (Lumo Photo) , we are committed to providing quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. General Return Conditions

We only accept returns if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the physical product. If the issue is something Lumo Photo can correct (e.g., photo editing), we will replace the product at our expense.

Exceptions:

  1. No refunds will be given for digital images that have been downloaded. We are able to verify if the images have been downloaded.
  2. If you made a mistake in your order, there are no refunds for printed orders and you must reorder and pay late fees if the order is placed after the deadline on your password card.

2. Return Period

Returns must be made within 21 days of your order being delivered to the school or by mail.

3. Return Procedure

To return a product, please complete the form located at the bottom of this webpage.

4. Return Costs

Customers are responsible for returning the order to the school. However, if the product arrives defective or broken, or if an item is missing, Lumo Photo will cover the reprinting and shipping costs.

5. Refund Conditions

We offer a full refund for accepted returns. There are no restocking fees or other charges associated with returning a product.

6. Reimbursement Period

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt and acceptance of the return. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.

8. Exchange of Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer product exchanges. Returns are for refunds only.
