Mobile Photo Day & Resumption
When will the photo day take place? Plus

The exact date will be provided by your school. You'll also see it on our photo retake page once we've set the dates. Make a note of it somewhere!

My child was absent, can he/she have his/her photo taken again? Plus

Yes! A rehearsal day is planned. You will receive the information through the school or our platform. Your little model will have a second chance to shine.

Can we retake the photo if we don't like it? Plus

Absolutely. Resumption Day is here for just that. We want you to be proud to display your portrait.

Do you take pictures of siblings? Plus

We sometimes take photos of siblings! However, this is not a systematic service and depends on the time available on the day of the session. To find out if this is possible, we invite you to contact the school directly .

If you are a school manager and are looking for our rates, please email us for a quote! Otherwise, you can view our rates by logging into your images.

How to order photos? Plus

Log in to our website with the access code provided by the school. You'll see all the photos and be able to select your favorites.

I lost my access code, what should I do? Plus

Email us with your school name, class, and child's name. We'll send you a new code faster than a camera click.

What payment methods do you accept? Plus

You can pay by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If you have any issues, just let us know; we're super flexible.

Is it possible to modify my order? Plus

The ability to modify your order depends on the type of products you have chosen:

  • For digital files , yes, it is possible if you have not yet uploaded your photos. Contact us so we can make the necessary adjustments.
  • For custom prints and products , unfortunately no. Once payment is made, the order is instantly sent to our lab for printing. It is therefore important to carefully check your cart before finalizing your purchase!
Can I order after the deadline? Plus

Yes, but please note: a slight delay and an additional $16 fee will apply. Your order will be shipped by our photo lab to your door.

Can I order photos of my different children in one order? Plus

Absolutely! In the login area, be sure to click the "+" button so you can enter additional access codes and view images of multiple children in the same session.

Can I order multiple poses or photos of my child? Plus

Yes, absolutely! It's even a great idea.

We have several options so you can order any poses you like for your child:

  • You can choose one of our pre-defined packages .
  • You can create your own sets with our à la carte products for a 100% personalized purchase.

Please note : Each set is associated with a single pose. To order multiple poses, simply choose multiple sets. It's simple and allows you to have it all!

What are the delivery times? Plus

On average, allow 10 business days after the end of the order period.

How will I receive my order? Plus

Photos are delivered to the school within 10 business days. If you choose the home delivery option, they will arrive directly to your home.

Are there any delivery charges? Plus

We offer two delivery options:

  • Free delivery to school: During the 10-day sale period , you can choose free delivery. Your order will be delivered to the school and distributed to your child. This is the perfect option to save!
  • Home Delivery: If you order after the deadline, only home delivery is available. The fee is $16 + tax . You can also opt for this option at any time if you want to receive your photos faster.
What should I do if my order is damaged? Plus

Contact us as soon as you receive it. Send a photo of the problem, and we'll get it back to you promptly.

A product is missing from the order, what should I do? Plus

Before writing to us, check with your teacher or school. Products are not packaged in photo envelopes to avoid damage, so they sometimes end up at the bottom of your backpack, in your desk, or in your locker. If you can't find them, contact us!

What should I do if I have not received my order within the announced time frame? Plus

Oops, sorry for the delay! We'll help you find it. Don't panic, it's probably just a minor mishap.
