Her goal: to orchestrate the season without a hitch and create the perfect conditions for the magic to happen on the big day.
2: The big day – our artist photographers at work
When the students introduce themselves, our photographers deploy all their talent to showcase them. More than just technicians, they are artists who know how to capture each child's personality. With humor, patience, and energy, they establish a climate of trust so that each little model feels comfortable and reveals their most beautiful smile.
3: Password cards – the link between us and you
After the session, we prepare password cards that will allow families to access their photos. Each card is carefully assembled and sent to the school to be given to the students. This small card is the key that connects our work to your home.
4: Retouching – when the detail makes all the difference
Our retouchers then receive the portraits. Their mission is to enhance each image without compromising its naturalness. They adjust colors and contrast, emphasize the subject, and ensure each photo is vibrant. At the parents' request, they can also remove a pimple or minor bruise, while preserving the child's authentic expression.
5: Going online and providing support – a 10-day marathon
Once the photos are ready, they are posted online and a ten-day period opens for orders. Our customer service is then on hand to answer any questions. Lost your code? Need advice choosing a package? Having trouble paying? We are here, attentive and responsive, to guide you through to the validation of your order.
6: Printing – Our partner Pico Labo in Shawinigan
The finalized files then reach our lab. Our technicians print each photo on high-quality paper and check for color fidelity and sharpness. Each print is carefully processed to ensure it lasts over time without losing its beauty.
7: Assembly and delivery – the final step
Finally, our logistics team assembles the orders. Each envelope is meticulously checked to ensure it contains the correct portrait and the selected products. Packages intended for schools are prepared for delivery to classrooms, and those ordered later are shipped directly to your home.
